Honey Nut Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, and cashews)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the honey mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the nuts are golden brown.
