    • Ingredients:
      • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
      • 1/4 cup honey
      • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
      • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
      • 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, and cashews)
      • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Instructions:
      1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
      2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the prepared baking dish.
      3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
      4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.
      5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top of the chicken.
      6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the nuts are golden brown.
      7. Serve the honey nut glazed chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
