Honey Nut Granola Bars
Ingredients:- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and chopped nuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the granola bars to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy as a snack or breakfast on the go!
