    • Ingredients:
      • 2 cups rolled oats
      • 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans)
      • 1/4 cup honey
      • 1/4 cup maple syrup
      • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
      • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
      • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • Instructions:
      1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
      2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats and chopped nuts.
      3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
      4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
      5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
      6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
      7. Allow the granola bars to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy as a snack or breakfast on the go!
