  1. Spicy Green Chili Chicken Curry




    • Ingredients:
      • 500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
      • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
      • 2 onions, finely chopped
      • 3 green chilies, sliced
      • 3 garlic cloves, minced
      • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
      • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
      • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
      • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
      • 1 teaspoon chili powder
      • Salt to taste
      • 1 cup coconut milk
      • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions, green chilies, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are soft and golden brown.
      2. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
      3. Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
      4. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender.
      5. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
